Paul was CEO of Kiwa from 2003 to 2023, transforming it from a local not-for-profit certification institute into a global TIC leader. Under his leadership, Kiwa grew from ~200 FTEs and €19 million revenue in the Netherlands to over 11,000 FTEs, €1.5+ billion in revenue and operating in 40 countries. Growth came through strong organic expansion and ~75 acquisitions, including key transformative deals and five refinancings. Early 2024 he stepped down as CEO, now serving as Strategy Advisor and holding several Board roles. A notable transaction under his tenure was Kiwa’s delistimg of Intega Group in Australia from the ASX in late 2021 for approx. A$380 million. followed by accelerated expansion in ANZ and USA/CAN. Earlier, between 1995-2002 he led SGS Netherlands with roles in SGS globally, and before that worked as a researcher at TNO (1989-1995). Paul holds a PhD in Biotechnology, an MSc in Biochemistry, and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Groningen (NL). Side activities included a.o. Board roles in the global TIC Council, RvA (Dutch Accreditation), Fenelab (NL lab federation).

Brett is the Divisional Managing Director, Asia, for Phenna Group. Brett has over 30 years of experience in the TICC and oil and gas industries. Having begun his career with Baker Hughes as an exploration geologist, Brett worked in the environmental consulting sector prior to moving to Shell where he worked in business development and strategic roles across multiple divisions. With SGS and Intertek Brett led various divisions with both local and regional responsibility. In 2021 Brett joined Phenna Group as Managing Director of the Group’s first acquisition in the region with the duel responsibility of organic and inorganic growth and now leads a division of 18 operating companies across 9 countries.

David is the President of the Australian Institute of Waterproofing (AIW) and a licensed waterproofer with qualifications in Construction Management and Waterproofing. With over 17 years of industry experience, he has worked on hundreds of successful projects, including specialist basement works. In 2019, he founded WI to address a gap in the market: recurring defects in construction waterproofing, later expanding into design consultation in line with the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020.

Jack has a background in global M&A advisory, in London and Sydney, focused on the business services and TIC sectors, working with PE-backed and corporate clients.

Adrian Willingham is a civil engineer. He is the founder and director of Willcen Pty Ltd since 2009. He is responsible for the engineering and project management of major infrastructure projects involving HDPE CPL. Adrian is also an experienced and qualified trainer of HDPE CPL welding techniques, to the appropriate standards

John Clifford is an experienced private equity and venture capital investor, as well as a hands-on Chairman and Director, with a strong track record of value creation across diverse industries. Vyt Garnys brings over 40 years of experience in scientific consulting and more than three decades specializing in Indoor Environment Quality (IEQ) and performance assessment. A NABERS Accredited Assessor and expert witness, he has deep expertise in Legionella risk management, potable water systems, and air tightness testing for Green Star and WELL projects. Vyt chairs the Standards Australia Indoor Air Quality Committee and contributes to the ISO sub-committee. Ian Godson, a civil engineer, is the Founder and Director of Infracorr Consulting, specialist consulting engineers operating in the field of condition assessment, durability and repair of buildings and structures. Ian has over 35 years of experience in the field of structure corrosion, repair and durability. In recent years the company has specialized in the drone based investigation of buildings and structures using hi-res digital twin photogrammetry models. He operates a NATA-accredited odour testing laboratory and developed PlumeMapper, an innovative software transforming global odour assessment practices. Omar has a comprehensive understanding of both Australian and international design, fire testing and assessment standards. He has worked in fire testing and assessment consultancy roles for a range of materials, products and elements of construction – including fire rated walls and floor systems, service penetrations, fire rated shutters, fire dampers, fire doors and wall and ceiling linings.
