Red Swan Advises on the Sale of a Majority Stake in Asia Laboratories to GBA Group
Red Swan is pleased to announce that it advised Asia Laboratories Pte Ltd (Asia Labs) on the sale of a majority stake to GBA Group, through GBA Eureka Singapore Pte Ltd. The transaction strengthens GBA Group’s presence in Southeast Asia, adding complementary testing and certification capabilities in Singapore and Malaysia.
Red Swan supported Asia Labs through the transaction, providing strategic and commercial advice and helping to coordinate the interests of the stakeholders through to completion. The deal reflects Red Swan’s continued commitment to helping TIC+ businesses secure partners for their next stage of growth.
