About Kirsten Raapke

Kirsten Raapke is a senior executive with a career spanning top management consulting and extensive leadership and management experience in the TIC industry. After 7 years in consulting, she spent 22 years at TÜV Rheinland Group in roles including Regional EVP Europe, Country Manager Spain, and Chief Strategy Officer Mobility Global. She drove major M&A transactions and integrations across Europe and served on several European boards, contributing to industry strategy as part of the TIC Council.

Aston brings 28 years of experience in the TIC+ industry. Most recently, he spent a decade at Applus Services, S.A., serving as Head of Investor Relations from its IPO through to its successful private equity exit in 2024. Prior to that, he spent 18 years at Intertek Group plc in a range of senior roles, including Head of Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and periods of time in Public Relations, Crisis Communications, M&A, Pensions as well as Divisional CFO.
