Hicham is a C-level Executive with 25 years of management experience in leading the strategic planning and operational execution for a mid-size P&L generating $0.5B-$1B in annual revenues, overseeing a team of 1000-3000 employees. He has overseen and led multiple acquisitions, business exits and divestments and has a long experience working with private equity.
He started his career in UK in National Power before Joining Air Liquide where over 11 years he held senior management positions in France, the Caribbean and the Middle East. He then moved to the Exova Group as group MD responsible for the Middle East and Asia Pacific that he led from Dubai.
He co-founded Red Swan Partner in 2016 with Talal Yousef then joined BASF as Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific. His most recent position was President for Africa Middle East and Asia Pacific in the MBCC group where he was managing a team of 3000 FTE, 1 b$ revenues in 26 countries. Hicham is now based in Dubai.
